You may want to review some of these mistakes before trying to create a will or trust yourself.  In addition, Quicken has a disclaimer that it does not produce valid wills and trusts in LA and there documents are not up to date with what the current Florida Trust Law is.  In addition, you have to purchase updated versions every time you want to update or change your will.
