3 Year Education Jump Over The Years??

The good news is that College Education has steadily increased over the years. So have high school education. What is surprising to me is that the ammount of people who complete 3 or less years of college has increased more dramatically than any other category.
As with any statistic, this is just a data source. You certainly need many data sources to reach any conclussions. Things that come up to my mind are:
- Is college more accesible now? But people who start it can’t complete it because they lack some skills that school is not providing?
- Do we have too many community colleges and too few universities? Do we really want about the same ammount of associate degrees as 4 year or better?
- Are people quitting college in greater percentages than before? Or is it kind of a fifty fifty chance that you quit college?
